Each eligible paid subscription generates a commission. Track available earnings and payouts from your affiliate dashboard.

Program terms
Published terms for the standard OnceBox affiliate program.
Commission
30% of successfully collected subscription payments, calculated excluding tax and after discounts. Individual rates may be agreed upon when a partner is approved.
Commission period
Eligible payments earn commissions for the first 12 months starting from the referred customer's first successful subscription payment.
Cookie and attribution
Your personal referral link identifies attributed signups. The first-party referral cookie remains valid for 30 days after the click.
Commission approval
Commissions are recorded after confirmed payments. They become available 30 days after the corresponding payment.
Payout minimum and schedule
Monthly payouts once available commissions reach €25. Payouts are processed manually after the balance has been verified.
Payout method
Bank transfer (wire). The payment reference and amount appear in the payout history in your dashboard.
Refunds and credit notes
Refunds and credit notes reduce the corresponding commissions. Adjustments are reflected in the available balance.
Qualifying sales
Commissions apply to new customers attributed to the partner and their verified OnceBox subscription payments.
